Herbal Soap Making - Great Recipes For Homemade Soap

Herbal soaps are known for containing healing, soothing and medicinal properties. Herbal soaps can be specifically created for differing skin conditions or types and are free of the preservatives and additives than can cause skin irritation and sensitivity. Herbal soaps are an excellent and inexpensive gift that will satisfy nearly everyone on your Christmas birthday and gift giving lists. Who wouldn't enjoy a thoughtful, homemade and beautiful herbal soap?
Many herbal soap recipes are based on formulas that are centuries old. Of course a countless number of these recipes have been modified for modern use, but frequently these recipes still exist because they are excellent and have proven the test of many years of use.
With a little research these wonderful recipes were unearthed. The following recipes were not credited to a specific author but are some fantastic herbal soap recipes that cannot be improved upon. These herbal soap recipes are variations of some long existing formulas. Use your measurement converters and enjoy some old fashioned and delightful herbal soap recipes with names as enjoyable as the soaps themselves. Note: These soap recipes are all intended for the cold soap process.
